Dementia Support Sessions

Being forgetful doesn't always indicate early signs of dementia but it's always better to be certain.
 
Horsham Central Primary Care Network is collaborating with Alzheimer's Society to create pop-up stalls with all the information and advice you need around pre-diagnosis support for dementia.
 
No appointment is needed, just come along to one of the venues below for an informal chat.
 
Monday 16th October - The Bridge Leisure Centre 10:00-12:30
Tuesday 17th October - Hillier's Garden Centre 10:00-12:30
Wednesday 18th October - Swan Walk 09:30-16:00
Thursday 19th October - Leonardslee Gardens 10:00-12:00
Friday 20th October - Waitrose 10:00-14:00

We are running Dementia Support Sessions - a six session course with speakers from different organisation's to ensure you have the information and support needed throughout your diagnosis to help
you feel more confident and in control of your dementia journey.


These sessions are for people with dementia and their carers.
